About Us

Marking Devices Publishing Co. Inc. is the publisher of four magazines. Primarily devoted to the rubber stamp business, our flagship publication, Marking Industry Magazine was founded in August 1907 as Stamp Trade News. The title of publisher is held by David Hachmeister, just the third publisher in 94 years. He bought the company in 1981. Since then Marking Devices has added M.I.M. Europe in 1992 and Sellos, Marcaje y Más in 2008.
