Terms: Net due 30 days. First-time advertisers without a contract will be charged the 1x rate and must prepay. Special position by contract. Odd-sized ads may be subject to additional fees. No bleed charge.
We will gladly accept your advertisement or editorial materials via e-mail. Label e-mailed documents as follows: Name, company name, publication, issue date. Preferred formats: Ads (PDF, TIFF, EPS, JPEG at a minimum of 300 dpi); photos (PDF, TIFF, EPS, JPEG at a minimum of 300 dpi); text (Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format). Send us editorial materials at firstname.lastname@example.org and advertising materials at email@example.com.
Advertisers and their agencies are solely responsible and assume full liability for all contents of their advertisements. All copy is subject to publisher's approval and acceptance. On copy resembling editorial matter, the publisher reserves the right to identify as "Advertisement" in publication-set type line. The publisher shall not be liable for failure to publish or distribute all or any part of the publication because of labor disputes, accidents, fires, acts of God or other circumstances beyond the publisher's control. Further, the publisher shall not be liable for damages if for any reason he fails to publish an advertisement..
