Marginal Improvement

February was a breath of cool air in a frigid winter. Stamp sales continued to edge back to break-even from the previous year, falling just under 5 percent. Other product sales were flat for the month, which was an improvement as well.

We are living in tough times, but there are definite changes we are just now able to quantify. Let's see what happens next month!
