New Baseline

Please note that we have had a shuffling of the participants in the Industry Indicator. The baseline has changed from previous Indicators. Sales of stamps were actually up five percent as compared to the average of the past 12 months, but continued to decline, down almost 17 percent compared to the last 24 months. Recent months seem to have finally shown a long-sought bottom.
    Other products continued their rise, up about 10 percent. In the revised figures, there has been continuous growth for more than one year!
