No, This Isn't Last Month's Report!

The month of November saw stamps slide again and other products continue their remarkable recovery streak. We know stamps are late to recover in a recession, but this is ridiculous. Even though more than one-half were up, and most of the ones that were down were down less than one percent, the two large manufacturers brought the average down almost 15 percent. From what we are hearing, we expect December to look much better.
Other products rose a snappy 33 percent and are on a 10-month winning streak!
