One and a Half Cheers

May saw the Industry Indicator decline slightly for stamps, but grow robustly for other products. Stamps were far ahead of May of last year, but not enough to catch up to the two year average, so they fell.

One company continues to dominate the Other Products category with huge growth, that number is slightly skewed to the upside. If they had been flat, the entire indicator would have been just slightly positive. This is one of the inherent problems with small sample surveys.
