Same old stuff—that is the expression, isn’t it? Stamps down and other products up. The problem is that stamps are down, but the gains in other products are slowing. In this month (July), they gained only a bit less than one percent. Stamps were down, but not like that 20-something percent we saw this past winter. Keep on, though—we may have a little better news next month!
